These terms govern your use of this website. They cover the website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything published here. Please do not copy our content and present it as your own, collect data from the site in a way that degrades it for other people, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.

What belongs to whom

The Ecapla name and logo, our product names and their logos, the design of this site and the words on it belong to Ecapla unless stated otherwise.

Client names and logos shown here belong to those companies and appear to identify work we have done together. Third-party product names, trademarks and screenshots belong to their respective owners and appear for identification and illustration. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership in either direction. If you own a mark shown here and would prefer it were not, write to us and we will remove it.

Our products

Each product listed here is covered by its own licence terms, published with it. Our WordPress plugins are distributed under the terms stated in their repository listings.

Where a product is described as coming soon or in development, that is a statement of current intention. It is not a commitment to a release date, a price, or any particular set of features, and plans can change.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but descriptions, capabilities, screenshots and figures can fall behind the things they describe. Everything here is provided for general information. It is not advice, not an offer, and not a warranty or contractual promise of any kind. If a detail matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites, including plugin repositories and social platforms. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

This site is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecapla is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, and whether that loss is direct or indirect.

Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

If you have a problem with this site or with anything on it, write to us first at [email protected]. We would far rather fix something than argue about it, and in practice almost everything is resolved that way.
