Services

Six things we do, done properly.

Software, automation, growth, commerce, design and infrastructure. Most projects need more than one of them, which is why we do all six rather than handing you off halfway.

Engineering

Software Engineering

Systems that run your business, built to outlast trends.

Most companies reach a point where the spreadsheets, the shared inbox and the three tools that almost talk to each other stop holding the business together. We build the system that replaces them. It is shaped around how your operation actually works, not around what an off-the-shelf product assumed.

Best for: Teams whose process has outgrown generic tools, and founders who need a product built properly the first time.

What you get

  • Custom software built for one business
  • Web applications and internal tools
  • Mobile applications
  • ERP and CRM systems
  • SaaS platforms
  • APIs and integrations between systems you already run
AI & Automation

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Let software handle the repetitive work, so people can do the rest.

Every business has work that is necessary, repetitive and a poor use of a person's day. Copying data between systems, sorting enquiries, chasing approvals, reading documents to pull out four fields. We find that work, automate it, and leave a clear record of what the automation did so you can trust it.

Best for: Operations teams drowning in manual steps, and companies that want to grow without growing headcount at the same rate.

What you get

  • AI agents that handle a defined job end to end
  • Workflow automation across your existing tools
  • Chatbots and assistants for support and sales
  • Document processing and data extraction
  • Business process automation
  • Integrations with OpenAI, Claude, n8n and Make
Growth

Digital Growth

Demand you can measure, built on data rather than guesswork.

Marketing is easy to spend money on and hard to hold accountable. We set up the measurement first, so you can see which channels actually produce enquiries, then put budget behind the ones that do. Nothing gets reported as a win unless it can be traced to something real.

Best for: Businesses that are spending on marketing without a clear picture of what it returns.

What you get

  • Search engine optimisation
  • Google, Meta and LinkedIn advertising
  • Conversion rate optimisation
  • Email marketing
  • Analytics and tracking that reports honestly
  • Growth strategy and channel planning
Commerce

Commerce & Platforms

Storefronts that convert, and keep working as you scale.

An online store is not really a website. It is payments, stock, delivery, tax, returns and customer accounts, all of which have to keep agreeing with each other. We build the storefront and the plumbing behind it, then make sure it survives the day traffic actually arrives.

Best for: Retailers moving online properly, and existing stores that convert worse than they should.

What you get

  • Shopify and WooCommerce builds
  • WordPress development
  • Payment and logistics integration
  • Marketplace listing and management
  • Conversion optimisation
  • Performance work for stores that have got slow
Creative

Creative Experience

Brand and interface that make the product feel considered.

People decide whether they trust a product in the first few seconds, long before they have read anything. Design is what carries that. We work on the brand, the interface and the content together, because a good identity attached to a confusing screen still loses.

Best for: Products that work but do not look like it, and companies whose brand no longer matches what they have become.

What you get

  • Brand strategy and identity
  • UI and UX design
  • Creative direction
  • Video production and motion graphics
  • Advertising creative
  • Design systems your team can keep using
Cloud

Technology & Cloud

A foundation that holds up quietly while everything else grows.

Infrastructure is only noticed when it fails. We set up hosting, deployment, monitoring and backups so that shipping a change is routine, recovering from a mistake takes minutes, and the bill does not surprise anyone at the end of the month.

Best for: Teams whose releases are stressful, and businesses running on infrastructure nobody fully understands any more.

What you get

  • Cloud architecture on AWS and Google Cloud
  • Deployment pipelines and release automation
  • Monitoring, logging and alerting
  • Backups and recovery you have actually tested
  • Security hardening
  • Cost review and infrastructure cleanup

How we work

Four steps, in that order.

These are numbered because they genuinely happen in sequence, and skipping one is how projects go wrong.

  1. 01

We work out what you actually need

A conversation, not a pitch. We look at how the work happens today, where it breaks, and what a fix is worth. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, and we will say so.

  2. 02

We agree the shape before we build

Scope, sequence, budget and timeline, written down plainly. You see the design and the plan before anything is committed, so there are no surprises about what you are getting.

  3. 03

    We build in visible stages

Work arrives in pieces you can look at and use, not as one delivery at the end. That way feedback lands while it is still cheap to act on.

  4. 04

    We stay after launch

Launch is when the real feedback starts. We monitor, fix and improve, and hand over documentation so your team is never locked out of its own system.

Industries

We have shipped in most of these already.

The technology rarely changes much between industries. What changes is the vocabulary, the regulations and what people actually do all day, which is what we spend the first conversation learning.

  • Fintech
  • Ecommerce
  • Logistics
  • Healthcare
  • Construction
  • Manufacturing
  • Consultancy
  • Hospitality
  • Education
  • Real Estate

The stack

What we build with, and why it matters less than you think.

Tools are chosen to fit the problem, not the other way round. This is what we reach for most, and the full periodic table lives on the home page.

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Modern CSS, JavaScript

Backend

Node.js, Python, Laravel, PostgreSQL

Cloud

AWS, Google Cloud, Docker

AI

OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Two kinds. Founders building a product from nothing, and established companies whose systems have stopped fitting the business they have become. We have delivered in fintech, ecommerce, logistics, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, consultancy, hospitality, education and real estate, for teams ranging from four people to several hundred.

There is no price list, because the same brief can be a two-week job or a six-month one depending on what it has to integrate with. What there is: a written estimate after one conversation, showing the scope it is based on and what would move it up or down. That makes it comparable against any other quote you are holding, which a single number never is.

A focused automation or a marketing site is usually two to six weeks. A custom platform is usually three to six months. Either way the work is broken into stages you can open and use, so you are looking at something real within the first few weeks rather than waiting for a single delivery at the end.

Yes. We work with companies across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America, and we are built for it: written specifications, recorded walkthroughs, shared boards and a standing weekly call in your timezone. Every engagement runs in English, and you always know what was decided and why, because it is written down rather than left in a meeting.

We overlap deliberately rather than accidentally. Every engagement gets fixed hours that work for your morning, a standing weekly call inside them, and asynchronous updates for everything else. Most clients find they hear from us more often than they did from a supplier in their own city.

Yes. Work we build for you belongs to you, and we hand over the code and documentation. You are never dependent on us to keep your own system running.

Often, yes. We will review what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is better to continue it or restart, including when the answer costs us work.

Yes, on a monthly retainer or ad hoc, whichever suits. Launch is when the most useful improvements become obvious, so we would rather stay involved than hand over and disappear. Support never becomes a condition of keeping your own system running, though: you hold the code and the accounts either way.

Send us the problem, on the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. You get a reply within one working day, then one call of about thirty minutes, then a written proposal with scope, sequence and cost. There is no discovery fee and no sales process to sit through.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem and we will tell you which of the six actually applies, including when the answer is fewer than you expected.
